Waist size of my Levi's jeans has been the indicator of how fat I am... For about 6 years, it always has been 32inches. Now its 34 inches :-(
This is despite my being very conscious of what I eat... I just hope that I will get back that 32 inches soon!

Every1 who knows u will know that you need X-tra beathing space in your pants ..... so keep it @ 34 coz some things wont grow back smaller :-)
And here I am dying to graduate from 25" waist levis to at least 26" if not 27". Life is not fair!!!
A lot of people are killing themselves to achieve those numbers you see...
Maybe 25" is your equillibrium stage and as long as this stage is within "desirable" range, why worry :-)

Yeah...even if I gain weight with great difficulty...within a month or 2 it goes back to the 'equilibrium' stage!
